TETON TEA NOTES

CHILLED TEA

Hot-brew method
To make 1 gallon
Select a 64 ounce brew vessel*
Add 1 Teton Tea Iced Tea Filter Pack
Pour in 64 ounces of nearly boling water (205°)
Steep 3-4 minutes, remove filter bag
Into 1 gallon pitcher add 64 ounces cold water
Pour tea concentrate into pitcher
Serve over ice, garnish as desired.
*please use a heat proof vessel that won’t crack

Cold-brew method
To make 1 gallon
Select a 1 gallon brewing vessel
Measure 6 tablespoon of loose leaf Teton Tea
Pour just enough boiling water to cover tea*
Pour 1 gallon cold water over tea
Refrigerate 5 – 10 hours
Strain tea
Serve over ice, garnish as desired
*boiling water over tea will prevent bacteria during cold brew
